DFM1 Measures Plastisols, Metallised Paints, and Speciality Finishes

Udo Bucher - Thursday, November 04, 2010
We have recently concluded testing the film build of plastisols at up to 200 micrometres thickness in a full range of colours including metalized finishes.  Check out the new images that are about to be posted in our image gallery showing SEM and microscopic cross section images for these prepainted products.  Tests were conducted using DFM1 and thickness results were within 1% of lab based measurements.

Why not subscribe to our forthcoming newsletter which will cover issues such as:

  • why Wolf CCS1 can eliminate the need for test strips including the issue of achieving good colour matching,
  • updates on Wolf's software development for CCS1 components,
  • latest data from the reference site,
  • FAQs
  • efficiency gains in coater head operation.
